Sparks Florist House Accounts are offered on a net-30-days basis only, unless agreed to in writing by an authorized Sparks Florist officer. This means that all charges that appear on your company’s billing statement are fully due and payable on or before 30 days of the billing statement date. Unpaid balances are thereafter subject to a $5.00 rebilling fee each time a rebilling is made. At its sole option, Sparks Florist may elect to transfer any unpaid balance to your company credit card for payment in full.
