Audrey Hootsoftly is a writer. Or at least, she will be, once she finishes her first book. Ideas strike at all hours (mostly the small ones), so she’s often found burning the midnight oil. The result? A caffeine habit that could power a jet engine.

By day, she lectures in literature – when she’s not napping. Hence her plush sleep mask, worn at all times for emergency shut-eye. It does make teaching tricky, but Audrey insists it’s all very avant-garde.
